The Big Lottery Fund (BIG) is looking to fund projects in Hastings and Rother. BIG has two main open programmes that you can apply to at any time:
· Awards for All has grants of £300 to £10,000 on offer. The money has to be spent within twelve months of receiving the grant.
· Reaching Communities makes grants of £10,000 to £500,000 for revenue projects and/or up to £50,000 towards smaller capital projects. These grants can be spent over a period of up to five years. Reaching Communities buildings provides funding for larger capital projects with grants of between £100,000 and £500,000.
While Awards for All tends to fund new activities or projects, Reaching Communities can fund both new and existing activities and will even fund your organisation’s core work.
