Possible small grants scheme in East Sussex

East Sussex County Council are currently consulting on the future of the Children’s Fund in East Sussex.  A particular idea is topslicing the fund to make a small grants scheme for the voluntary and community sector to apply to.  If you think that this is a good idea then please do take the time to respond.
