VCS Training Audit

Please find attached questionnaire and introduction letter regarding a training needs analysis of the voluntary sector in East Sussex. The background to this is that East Sussex Children’s Services Department is working with all the other agencies to find out how many staff in this county work with children, young people and their families, what qualifications if any they need for their job and what their main training needs are.  This work is part of the development and implementation of the Children and Young People’s Plan, which you can find on the County Council’s website www.eastsussex.gov.uk . Your participation would be greatly appreciated as it will serve to create a more in depth picture of East Sussex, indeed it has the capacity to highlight any gaps in training provision across the County!
