ESCVYS Small Grants are launched
Through our relationship with the East Sussex Youth Development Service ESCVYS is now able to offer two funding pots this year:
Sussex Austistic Community Trust Open Day
For Parents and children under Eight with Autism Spectrum Conditions 10th April 2010 10.00am to 2.00pm At Sussex House, Tills Courtyard,19 High Street, Battle.
Voluntary Youth Workforce Training
The South Coast Training Consortium, of which ESCVYS is a member, has successfully bid to the CWDC for a grant towards youth work training. All of the money has a specific allocation for the VCS towards supporting and developing the voluntary and community youth sector.
CAMHS Training
The following evening training in available from CAMHS:

Training from the YDS in East Sussex
The training from the YDS is aimed at all Youth Workers whether you are paid or voluntary.
- Intro to Youth Work Part 1 24th April 2010, 9.30am to 4.30pm Lansdowne Hotel, Eastbourne
Free Training from Connexions
1) EQUALITY & DIVERSITY Tuesday 20th April 2010 1 day course 09.30 - 16.30 Wilmington Room, St Mary's House, Eastbourne FREE!
Please note that this course is suitable for any Connexions Personal Adviser and forms part of their compulsory induction training.
Assessing Risk, Analysis and Decision Making
This is an externally run course commissioned for
staff across all professions, run once every year.
