ESCVYS Small Grants are launched

Through our relationship with the East Sussex Youth Development Service ESCVYS is now able to offer two funding pots this year:  

Festival for Young People in Eastbourne

‘ParkFest 2010’ is a series of summer festival projects organized by Eastbourne YDS for young people. They will take place at:  

Free Training from the Youth Development Service

The YDS are delivering a training package from September to January to the youth sector in East Sussex and are actively encouraging the Voluntary and Community sector to take part.  Courses include: 

  • Group Work in Youth Work Level 3 CPD

The Eastbourne Accident Prevention Group has a small amount of funding available for 2010/2011 to fund accident prevention projects that support the following priorities:

Success for Polegate and Stone Cross Cricket Club

Polegate and Stone Cross Cricket Club are through to the semi-finals of the inter-sport of Lewes Plate Competition.  ESCVYS was pleased to be able to support the club through its small grants scheme.
