Young People's Fund 2

The Big Lottery Fund’s Young People's Fund 2 grant programme offers grants of between £10,000 and £500,000 to voluntary and community sector organisations to support activities and services.  It funds projects that are young people led and help to achieve the five Every Child Matters outcomes.

Hastings Health Improvement Grants

The following information was kindly received from Peter at HVA:

The application forms for the Health Improvement small grants are now available.  This year, Hastings Borough Council and Hastings & Rother Primary Care Trust are running their small grants programmes together, and both are being administered by Hastings Voluntary Action.


UK Villages Community Kitty

UK Villages Community Kitty is a fund from which a number of grants from between £50 - £300 are allocated to community projects.  The next deadline for applications is the 10th October 2008.   


The Dulverton Trust

The Dulverton Trust is an independent grant-making organisation that provides funding for registered charities operating in categories such as youth and education, general welfare and conservation.  Youth and education is the trust’s largest area of activity and it particularly supports projects that work with disadvantaged young people.  


Funding for Your Building to go Green

Community Sustainable Energy Programme (CSEP) is being delivered by Building Research Establishment (BRE) on behalf of Big Lottery Fund and is one of five environmental programmes that form part of the Changing Spaces programme.

Hilton in the Community Foundation

Hilton in the Community Foundation (HCF) is a charitable trust that supports young people through activities in education and health also providing relief support at times of humanitarian disaster. The Foundation is a small charity and generally will not make awards of over £50,000 (per year). Funding can be requested for up to 3 years for any particular project. Applications are accepted in accordance to deadlines set throughout the year, the next one coming up on 6 May.
