Training Sources in East Sussex

Training for staff, volunteers and young people helps organisations grow and provide the best support for children and young people in our communities.

ESCVYS runs training courses and workshops with affiliated partners and keeps members up to date with other training opportunities across East Sussex. Visit our Training Bulletin below to find out what is on offer in your area.

There are many training sources in East Sussex related to working with children and young people or your project or organisation's development. But as a starting point you can:

3. Visit the County Council's Czone - which has training from the safeguarding board, youth team, social services and education

4. Visit the SafetyNet website, it is really useful for finding out about safeguarding and child protection courses

5. Visit the Working Together Project in Brighton who offer lots of courses catering to your organisational developmental needs

6. Take a look at Active Sussex, the County Sports partnership or

7. You could contact 3VA and HVA, they also offer training around fundraising, finance, food hygiene and health and safety
