ESCVYS provides a strong, independent voice for the voluntary and community youth sector in East Sussex and a central point of contact and news. Joining ESCVYS puts you in touch with a network of like minded volunteers and youth workers and access to a wide range of funding and training opportunities and expert advice. We will help give you the support and practical advice you need to make your organisation a success.

We offer support and advice to new groups. We can put you in touch with experts who can get your organisation off to a flying start.
We do the hard work to track down the latest funding and training opportunities, so you can get on with the important work of running your organisation. We can also advise on submitting funding bids.
Understanding the legal requirements of working with children can be time consuming and challenging. We offer advice on the latest requirements to make sure your organisation ticks all the boxes.
We attend council meetings, network events and forums on your behalf to ensure the key decision makers are aware of ESCVYS and your work and needs. We can keep you up to date with the latest developments in the sector.
ESCVYS runs regular events including networking seminars, training and practical workshops. We also act as central point for consultation with our members by the decision makers.
We send out regular E bulletins with the latest news on training, funding and opportunities.
Our members are doing fantastic work every day, we make sure the public and decision makers hear about your achievements through news releases, our website and social media.
We hold an annual ESCVYS Awards evening to recognise the achievements of the voluntary and community youth sector in East Sussex.
